Taxes & Duties:

For international orders (outside the china), additional customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are collected by DHL Express upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Dianluxury cannot predict these fees in advance. All international shipments will be declared at their full purchase price.

Remarks:

We strive to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will ship the following business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, excluding public holidays.

While we make every effort to ship promptly, please allow for potential delays during peak periods. Should a significant delay occur, we will contact you via email or phone.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking information may become inactive after delivery.

Please note that orders shipped outside the china may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of a return, these customs duties and taxes are non-refundable and must be reclaimed through your local customs office.

We are unable to declare items at a value lower than the purchase price or mark them as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.

For both domestic and international shipments, we require a direct signature upon delivery. This ensures your order is delivered securely to the specified address.
