Returns & Exchanges

We ship via UPS/FedEx or other premium carriers (LTL) to ensure expedited service. When you order by 12pm EST, most orders ship the same day. UPS/FedEx usually delivers within 1-4 business days unless you are in a restricted delivery area. Because some items require Arranged delivery (LTL) and/or are oversized, they may take longer to receive.
In order to minimize the any delays in shipping, please be sure that the information you provide is accurate and correct. The following WILL cause a delay in you recieving your package in a timely manner:
Incorrect spelling of name (Correction is required before shipping)
Incorrect address (Correction is required before shipping)
Incorrect phone number (Correction is required before shipping)
Carrier failure to deliver (this is usually caused by inclement weather conditions)
Carrier unable to deliver (this is ussually caused by incorrect phone number, no phone number available or customer is in a no delivery area)
We only deliver to the Continental United States.
We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
Arranged Delivery/Freight Orders (LTL) are delivered via curbside delivery. Inside delivery requests may be available through individual carriers. Arrangements and cost are solely between the customer and the carrier. Freight Orders require a scheduled delivery with the customer.
All items are FREE SHIPPING. We do not offer free returns. If an item is being returned to our return center, the cost falls to the customer to pay (some exceptions apply). Please contact us via inbox messaging or call 1-773-314-6424 for futher details.
